Shipping policy

"How long will my order take?"
Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days. Actual shipping is 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-5 days for orders to arrive unless specified otherwise. 

Standard U.S Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. 
Orders under $70 are charged an $8 standard shipping fee, $15 express shipping fee. 
Express shipping may be available for a fee. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect address information are outside of Beauty Sleep Society's control. 
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. If an order has already shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Third Party Fulfillment

To provide faster, more reliable delivery and compete with our competitiors, some Beauty Sleep Society orders may be packed & delivered by Amazon's fulfillment network. 
Because of this, an order may arrive in Amazon associated packaging, and items purchased together may occasionally arrive in separate packages. 
We accomplish this by using third-party warehouses to stock our products with our design and specification, directly from the manufacturer.
